A formulaa for the spectral projections of time operator


In this paper, we first study the one-level Friedrich model with using the quantum time super-operator that predicts the excited state decay inside the continuum. Its survival probability decays exponentially in time. The semi-life is proportional to the coupling between the discrete mode and the continuum.
