Tudor RatiuCheeger-Simons differential character-valued momentum maps and applicationsIn order to address Donaldson's topological obstructions for the existence of momentum maps for certain diffeomorphism and gauge groups, an extension of the classical momentum map is introduced, capable to store discrete topological information. This talk will explain how this momentum map was introduced based on the model of the momentum map for Poisson Lie group actions and will discuss some of its applications. | |
